Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the service during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100 if you have not made any payment, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PDF33 LLC and its affiliates from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your misuse of the service, breach of these Terms, or violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

17. Suspension and Termination
